Job Scope: Assist Service Delivery Manager in services delivery and contract renewal matters.Liaise with clients and operations team on service hours utilization and reportingGather IT specs of all equipment using audit tool and assist in IT Asset Gathering for clients Update & maintain IT documentation for clients Report and participate in service recovery issues with Clients.Document internal work processes & SOPs.Would require to work with helpdesk on scheduling of operational staff Prerequisites: Bachelor’s degrees/Diploma in Business IT or Computer Science Possess some background and experience in IT Service Excellent in preparing of SOP documentation and Process Workflows Good interpersonal and written communication skills Client centric and sensitive to service level response time
