Li Lian currently heads both the outsourcing accounting unit and the recruitment & contract staffing unit. She has extensive experience in finance & accounting, business internal & process controls, and management & leadership roles.
Li Lian advises clients in accounting and project management across a variety of industries, with companies of different segments from start-ups, SMEs to international corporations. She also collaborates with businesses to accelerate their financial digital transformation.
Further to her audit experience in the Public Accounting Practice, she was commercially trained in the retail industry where she was responsible for the entire business operations of a commercial retail firm, headquartered in Hong Kong.
