The purpose of this letter is to commend Mohamed Fadzry for the excellent service he has provided to IP Global Limited (IPG) for the implementation of Xero Accounting, from preparation work to set up to training to post implementation support. In my opinion, the level of service that Mr. Fadzry extended to our company was far beyond our expectations.
The letter is written on an entirely unsolicited basis as I was impressed by the professionalism and the level of support provided by Mr. Fadzry that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise and he truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared from the industry, the work that Mr. Fadzry did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.
What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by Mr. Fadzry was that he carries out his work in a professional way, try to understand the issues and propose alternative solutions, document work process flows for reference and most impressively his never say no attitude.
Mr. Fadzry’ s in-depth knowledge about Xero and his recommendation on the work around procedures to accommodate IPG business work flows helped to make this project a tremendous success
It was simply Mr. Fadzry extraordinary commitment to excellence service and support that motivated him to always go the extra mile. His example even had a positive impact on the attitude and productivity of our own staff.
In closing, I believe that Mohamed Fadzry truly deserve to be congratulated and rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond the expectations of our company on the Xero implementation project.
