The Ministry of Manpower (“MOM”) announced on 1 April 2021 that foreign worker levies for the duration of their Stay-Home Notice (“SHN”) from January to September 2021, will be waived.
For employers who have paid foreign worker levies for their respective S Pass and Work Permit holders’ SHN in January and February 2021, the waiver will be adjusted to offset June’s foreign worker levy.
