Catherine holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours), University of London. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (“CSIS”) and a Practising Member of CSIS.
Catherine has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate secretarial profession. Her extensive experience includes all aspects of corporate secretarial compliance, business establishment and registration, corporate restructuring and dissolution and cessation of business. She oversees a diverse portfolio of clients who are in the businesses of manufacturing, property development, information technology, financial institutions, fund management, investment holding and shipping etc. In the course of her secretarial practice, Catherine has served as Company Secretary to both public-listed and private companies.
