Your Job

You will be expected to:

• work closely with the Business Managers to evaluate and design business cases to introduce RPA in our ERP/CRM projects
• gather business needs and requirements from project stakeholders before translating it into technical and system specifications for workflow automation
• working closely with end user to integrate RPA with ERP/CRM solution, which include product testing, integration testing and user acceptance test
• prepare system documentation and user guide for the project
• conduct internal knowledge transfer
