Lee Lee has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management in Singapore and China. She is a certified public accountant (Australia), and serves as the head of China at SBA Stone Forest.
Lee Lee began her audit career in Singapore and later worked with one of the Big 4 firms in China. Her portfolio includes audits of multinational corporations, joint ventures, and company listings. She is well-versed in International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“US GAAP”), and People's Republic of China (“PRC”) GAAP.
Having lived in China for 19 years, Lee Lee is familiar with both Chinese and international cultures. She assists foreign companies in strategising their market entry into China and helps Chinese enterprises go global. She provides business support solutions such as accounting, tax compliance, corporate advisory, and payroll & HR advisory services.
For over a decade, Lee Lee has helped many foreign companies from the US, Europe, and Asia (including Singapore) navigate China’s complex and dynamic business environment, offering practical solutions to overcome local challenges. She has extensive experience in various industries, including software and IT, education, healthcare, infrastructure, industrial, and consumer markets. In 2024, Lee Lee was honoured with the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards in the Master Entrepreneur Category.
In addition to outsourcing, Lee Lee has vast experience in training. Her team provides short- and long-term training for new or growing enterprises in China, helping them develop their senior executives and talent.
